   Fuente: "ubigeo-peru-aumentado", de Jesús M. Castagnetto
   https://github.com/jmcastagnetto/ubigeo-peru-aumentado
   Datos de origen: INEI, MINSA y CEPLAN.
   Archivo usado: ubigeo_distrito.csv (descargado el 05/10/2026).
   Licencia: MIT (texto completo abajo).
   Cambios: solo columnas de ubigeo, nombres y coordenadas; nombres con las tildes que la propia
   fuente escribe en su columna "capital"; 18 distritos sin coordenadas usan las de la capital de su
   provincia; se omite San Antonio (Mariscal Nieto, Moquegua), que no tiene ubigeo INEI en la fuente.

2. Ciudades de otros países (public/data/places/countries/*.json)
   Fuente: GeoNames (https://www.geonames.org), archivos cities15000.zip y admin1CodesASCII.txt
   (descargados el 05/10/2026).

   Cambios: solo nombre, región, coordenadas y orden por población; un archivo por país.
